Cost calculator

Core Cutting Cost Calculator

Enter seven details about your job and the calculator returns an itemised estimate in Pakistani Rupees — the setup charge, the rate per hole for your diameter, the depth charges and any surcharges, followed by an estimated total and a prefilled WhatsApp request for a final quotation.

Sample rates in use. The calculator is running on clearly marked placeholder rates, so every result is shown as an indicative estimate rather than an official price. Request the final quotation on WhatsApp and we will confirm the figure.

How it works

A formula you can see, not a black box

Everything the calculator does follows the order below. The charges behind it are kept in a single settings file, so an administrator can update a rate without touching the calculator itself.

01

Equipment setup and moving on site

02

Hole charges — a rate per hole based on the diameter, adjusted for the service

03

Depth charges — an extra rate per millimetre beyond the included depth, per hole

04

Material adjustment — a percentage for reinforced or other concrete

05

Percentage surcharges — difficult access and work at height

06

Flat fees — additional setup or travel, and any other agreed requirement

07

Minimum job charge applied if the total falls below it

08

Tax, only if tax is configured

Configurable settings

Minimum job charge, equipment setup charge, the rate for each diameter band, the depth rate and the included depth, reinforced-concrete and other material adjustments, floor and wall adjustments, difficult-access and work-at-height surcharges, additional setup or travel fees, and tax.

Estimate, not a quotation

This is an estimate only, not a final quotation. Final pricing depends on a site assessment and confirmed project specifications. Reinforcement density, site access, slab thickness and working conditions are confirmed on site before work is scheduled.

Calculator FAQs

Using the cost calculator

How the estimate is built, what it includes and how to turn it into a firm quotation.

No. It is an indicative estimate built from the details you enter, and it is not a quotation. Final pricing depends on a site assessment and confirmed project specifications, which is why every result includes a WhatsApp button to request a firm quotation.

The calculator reads its rates from a settings file that has been filled with clearly marked placeholder rates until the business owner enters verified figures. The calculation itself is complete and the full itemised breakdown is shown, but the total is labelled so that no provisional number is ever mistaken for an official price.

Enter the thickness of the concrete you are cutting through, or the depth you need drilled — whichever applies to your job. It is charged per hole beyond the included 150 mm, so an accurate figure gives an accurate estimate. If a slab varies in thickness, use the thickest point.

Hole diameter, the number of holes, the thickness or depth, reinforcement in the concrete, and access to the position. Travel, working height, water and power availability, and the number of visits also change the price.

Yes. After calculating, press “Request final quote on WhatsApp”. Your service, diameter, quantity, depth, material, location, selected site conditions and the estimate are all placed in the message, so the conversation starts with the details already on the table.
