Our approach
Accuracy, safety, planning, equipment
Four principles decide how we run a core cutting job. None of them are optional, and all of them are visible in the way the site is left behind.
Accuracy first
The position, diameter and depth are agreed and marked before the machine is anchored, then checked with you. A hole cut in the wrong place costs more to repair than it cost to drill.
Planning before cutting
We look at slab or wall thickness, reinforcement, embedded services and access before work starts. Structural openings are cut only to an approved specification from the engineer responsible for the building.
Safety on a working site
Protective equipment, controlled water feed, safe electrical practice and a defined work area. On occupied floors we agree cutting times and protect the surfaces around the work.
Suitable equipment
Diamond core rigs, wall-anchored machines and hand-held drills — matched to the material, the diameter and the access, so the cut is true and the concrete around it stays sound.

We price the job, not the guess
A quotation is only useful if it matches the work. Before quoting we confirm the details that actually change the cost, and if we cannot see the site we ask for enough information to price it sensibly.

- Slab, wall or beam thickness — the exact figure if you have it
- Material and reinforcement, as far as you know it
- Floor level, access conditions and whether the building is occupied
